You represent studios at the remote control productions mothership in Munich, Germany while representing rcp at the studios you work with. Love games? Love people? Love organizing and facilitating? Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide and consult multiple startups and established companies in the game industry
  • Be the first contact person in our headquarters for all our rcp family studios
  • Coordinate all strategic actions between rcp and our studios
  • Interface with rcp’s departments like Business Development, Legal, Finance, HR, Creative Production, Marketing and Development Management
  • Actively shape the development of the rcp family / the rcp family studios
  • Visit our teams on-site in Germany, Austria and Finland for personal support and strategic guidance
  • Screen the market for up-and-coming development teams and conduct thorough due diligence on potential new investment opportunities
  • Report directly to rcp’s upper management
  • Assist in raising new funds for our teams’ projects
  • Support our teams in developing and pursuing a strategic company vision

Your Requirements:

  • Strong self-management skills and organizational talent
  • Excellent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Substantial communication and networking skills
  • Affinity for Project Management and Communication Tools
  • Passionate about computer and video games
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ambition to cultivate and refine a professional working environment
  • High ambition and drive to work as an entrepreneur within the company
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Experience in startup management
