The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:
• Create monetization strategies for core as well as affiliated products
• Work with the design team on how to make monetization a natural and integral part of all products without feeling invasive to gameplay
• Identify innovative F2P mechanisms and research best practices and case studies
• Constantly monitor and analyze the performance of all company games as well as day-today revenue
• Define KPIs for both internally and externally developed games across all platforms
• Provide studio management with relevant insight into monetization best practices, scenarios and business cases
• Help balance and analyze the games’ economic system to optimize monetization
• Define in-game marketing strategies, events and promotions that drive monetization
Who we’re looking for:
• You are passionate about video games and game development (mobile, online games)
• You have multi-year professional experience in the field of product management of games
• You’ve proven experience in working on at least on F2P game
• You are experienced in designing and adjusting economic models for F2P games
• You are experienced in optimizing relevant KPIs
• You have excellent analytic skills
• You have excellent knowledge of the market and its mechanism
• You have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
• You are highly motivated and flexible
• You have the ability to work self-directed and reliably
• You have great communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
Nice to have:
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and techniques
• Experience in setup, operation and control of A/B testing
• Experience in game design with focus on metrics/data driven design
