Who are you?
Hey, I'm Alex. I'm from Ingolstadt but moved to Munich about 4 years ago to study Business Psychology at the Hochschule Fresenius.
What did you do before joining rcp?
During my studies I worked as an intern and as an working student in the field of HR. Working for rcp is my first experience in the Games Industry.
How was your first week at the office?
I felt very welcomed, everybody at the office is friendly and helpful. But, there are so many new faces that I can't remember all of their names, so please forgive me if I don't call you by your name yet.
What did you particularly like in your first week?
Free Coffee and hot chocolate ;-) I also liked the "Bewegte Pause", where we do a little break with exercises to recover our body from sitting at the desk. And I had a great Onboarding process & I'm looking forward to enjoying pleasant and interesting work at rcp.
