Field of Activity:

  • Develop and execute user-acquisition strategies and roadmaps and work closely with the Product Managers
  • Budget responsibility for performance based campaigns
  • Supervising campaign and traffic management: Measuring customer acquisition costs, LTV and return on investment and adjust based on performance
  • Sourcing, planning, execution and controlling of user-acquisition campaigns
  • Overseeing ad buys with Publishers, ad networks, affiliate networks and with Ad Agencies
  • Supervising the optimization of creative assets and landing pages through A/B testing. Creative input is always welcome
  • Analyze markets and trends to discover innovative methods

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the field of Online Marketing
  • University degree in business administration with focus on Online Marketing / E-Commerce
  • Technical understanding for Online Marketing Solutions with a feeling for upcoming trends
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of games, genres, platforms and marketing
  • Reliable and ready for action
  • Independent and self-managed
  • Good communications skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Fluent business English (written & spoken)
